Actually "recovered", I think I need to change the "Low Consumption" definition from 30 seconds to 5 seconds. Now I think about it, 30 seconds looking at a sexual image really is a very long time. Maybe that's what caused the confusion over how I defined pornography. Even for the most apparently innocent of images, whether it's pornography or whether it's merely sexual really boils down to whether the beholder is "seeing" it i.e. superficially noticing it, or "viewing" it i.e. feeding the mind with it.

a big part of learning that i gained from innergold and has been extremely helpful, is learning to recognize the stimuli in my life. it may be cosmopolitan, enquirer, etc. and when i feel the stimuli happening, i recognize it and change my focus. i may see an image that no one would ever think would be a stimulus but yet it is to me. i just have to recognize it and move on.

Yeah, it's vital to be aware of when that reaction is being triggered, as subtle as it seems in the moment. For us porn addicts, it can happen so easily. I guess that's the problem with crossing the line to addiction, what should be manageable levels of exposure have become powerful triggers. For me now, it can be as simple as a momentary thought.
