Does porn cause E.D. ??

I Know that this question is on the minds of all who suffer porn addiction whether they admit it or not.
I began hardcore porn at 15 years old and have battled it since. I am now 38 and in perfect health,
I exercise 3 times a week , I have low stress, and no health issues. NOW at 35 I began to have
E.D. problems when being intimate with my wife. Funny with the porn no problem, with the wife a problem
sometimes. What I know now after studying the issue and reading the inner gold program is because
the Limbic part of my mind was fed a diet of hardcore porn for many years it no longer was aroused by
my wife. This is devastating and now I look back trying to go over a bridge that has been swept away
by a raging river. MY ADVICE FOR YOU ADDICT OR NOT, PORN WILL REWIRE YOUR BRAIN AND NO
NORMAL WOMAN WILL BE ABLE TO LIGHT YOU UP AFTER. This is not how it was intended to be. Sadly I am now on a journey to rewire what 23 years of porn has done to me. This is my story.

Porn has various negative effects and the do differ person to person. E.D. can be a result due to the unrealistic, false, and glamorized expectations porn stamps on the brain. Through the process of recovery much healing will occur in various aspects of life including ones healthy relationships. If over time as the brain heals, E.D. is a continued problem, I would communicate that with a therapist that believes pornography is an addiction. Most important is to stick with the process of the Innergold system and let maintained sobriety have a chance to create healing.
