Today was a really good day. Not because there were no problems, but because I’m learning to apply what I’ve been learning with IG. I enjoyed reading all the sharing today in the emails. I have been doing the InnerGold program via the manual for a bit over two months now and am finding much help in it. I have tried everything including counselors, 12 step groups and other recovery programs through church and so forth for the last 20 years and more, and sobriety has lasted at the most 4 months or so at a time in all that time. I feel more hope again now…

From a lot of videos i saw about this subject, yours seem to be the most honest and true. I am sure that anything can be a trigger, as you say. The human perversity can go so far, almost infinitely far. The human soul and mind can be, in good and in bad, so deep, only God knows how much.
